Pickup Policy

1. Store Pickup Availability

  • Customers can opt for store pickup (if available in their location).

  • Pickup is available within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

 

2. Pickup Requirements

  • A valid order confirmation email/SMS must be shown at the time of pickup.

  • Orders must be collected within 5 days from the pickup notification.

 

3. Cancellations for Pickup Orders

  • Unclaimed pickup orders will be refunded minus processing charges.

  • Customers must notify support in advance if they cannot pick up their order on time.
