Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 7 days of placing the order.

  • Orders already communicated to vendors or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • No cancellations are accepted for hygiene-sensitive products such as yoga mats.

 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting images.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping fees for returns may be applicable depending on the return reason.

 

4. Manufacturer Warranty

  • Products that come with a manufacturer warranty should be directed to the manufacturer for resolution.

  • Gymfit is not responsible for warranty claims on third-party manufactured products.
