2. Shipping Timelines

Orders are shipped within 0-7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout.

Delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID.
4. Delays & Liability

Gymfit is not liable for any delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company/postal authorities within 0-7 days from order and payment confirmation.

In case of non-receipt of an order, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
5. Issues with Delivery

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, re-delivery charges may apply.

If the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will attempt to contact the customer for re-shipping options.
